To help you make the most of your nzo pod system vape, we’ve taken a look at some of the most common issues you might find with your nzo vape and how to fix them.

What Is The Blue Light on nzo?

When using your nzo vape, you may find that the light turns blue. This isn’t anything to worry about. Our nzo devices have three coloured LEDs that show the nzo device’s battery status.

These lights are as follows:

 

  • Green light - The nzo device is fully charged.
  • Blue light - The nzo device has approximately 50% battery.
  • Red light - The nzo device needs charging.

 

Why Does my nzo Vape Taste Burnt?

If there’s been a change in taste with your vape, then it’s possible your vape pod needs changing.

The burnt taste with your vape will likely occur when there’s not enough E-Liquid in the pod for the battery to heat up. This leads to the battery overheating what E-Liquid is left and creating a burnt taste.

To avoid this, make sure you change your vape pod as soon as the E-Liquid has run out, if not before.

Why Does My nzo Pod Run Out So Fast?

How long your vape pods last depend on how often you draw from the vape.

Our vape pods are filled with 1.7ml of E-Liquid which lasts approximately 3-5 days for the average user.

If you’re using your nzo device more frequently, then this could be why your pod is running out quicker than usual. There is also the possibility that you take longer draws than the average user. The more your draw on the device, the more E-Liquid will be used.


Why Is My nzo Not Producing Vapour?

If you’ve changed your nzo vape pod recently or have started using nzo for the first time, you may find the device isn’t producing vapour. The most common reason for this is that the nzo pod may not be inserted properly.

To properly insert an nzo pod, remove the individual pod from the blister pack. Next, remove the silicone sleeve from the pod. Insert the pod into the vape device and press it down until you hear it click.

Make sure that the only space between where the pod and the device join is the clear window intended to show your device’s E-Liquid levels.
